At Trust Your Surgeon, we are committed to connecting you with qualified cosmetic surgery specialists. Our refund policy for consultation services is outlined below:

• Cancellation Prior to Matching: If you cancel your request before we match you with a surgeon, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellation After Matching: If you cancel after being matched with a surgeon but before the consultation occurs, a 75% refund will be issued.
• Consultation Quality: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your consultation, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss potential partial refunds or alternative specialist matching.

2. Digital Product Returns

For digital products, guides, and informational materials purchased through our platform:

• 14-Day Satisfaction Period: If you are not satisfied with your digital purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Refund Requirements: To qualify for a refund, please provide a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations.
• Non-Refundable Items: Certain specialized reports and customized materials are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature. These items are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

All refunds will be issued using the original method of payment:

• Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the original card
• PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account
• Bank transfers will be returned to the originating account
